At LUMA, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted wax melts and home fragrance products. Our return policy ensures transparency and protects both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we accept returns or offer replacements in the following circumstances:

1. Product Defects or Manufacturer Faults

• Must report issues within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.
• Submit photographic proof and a description of the defect via our Contact Page.

2. Carrier Damage During Transit

• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Photo documentation of both packaging and product is required.
• Replacements are issued at our discretion based on carrier claim approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:

• Used wax melts, candles, or oils
• Personalized or custom products
• Sale or clearance items

Return Process

To initiate a return request, email us at info@lumawax.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]". Please include:

• Your order number
• Item(s) in question
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and send you return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved, you may receive:

• A replacement product, OR
• Store credit in the amount of the original purchase

Please allow 5–7 business days after return receipt for processing.

Refunds to original payment methods are not available unless required by law.
